Priznanja zunanjega ministra za fiskalno leto 2025 (28. avgust 2025)

Japonsko ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve je 28. avgusta sklenilo, da docentki dr. Nagisi Moritoki Škof z Oddelka za azijske študije Filozofske fakultete Univerze v Ljubljani podeli pohvalo zunanjega ministra kot priznanje za izjemen prispevek k spodbujanju prijateljskih odnosov in medsebojnega razumevanja med Japonsko in Slovenijo. Pohvala zunanjega ministra se podeljuje v čast dosežkom posameznikov in organizacij, ki so ključno prispevali k dobrim odnosom med Japonsko in drugimi državami.
Doc. dr. Moritoki Škof je od leta 1995 dejavna na Univerzi v Ljubljani, od leta 2016 kot docentka, kjer na področju japonologije predava japonski jezik, kulturo, družbo in zgodovino ter druge teme. Poleg poučevanja se zavzema za krepitev akademskih stikov med Slovenijo in Japonsko ter aktivno spodbuja izmenjave študentov med Univerzo v Ljubljani in japonskimi univerzami, s čimer krepi povezovanje mladih generacij in prispeva k razvoju globalno usposobljenih strokovnjakov.
Kot predsednica Društva za didaktiko japonščine v Sloveniji, ki funkcijo opravlja od leta 2016, je prispevala k večji dostopnosti in prepoznavnosti mednarodnega izpita iz znanja japonskega jezika (JLPT) ter številnim študentom omogočila opravljanje tega izpita v Sloveniji. Na ta način pomembno prispeva k širjenju in utrjevanju znanja japonščine med slovensko javnostjo.
On 28 August, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan decided to present a Foreign Minister’s Commendation to Ms. Moritoki Škof Nagisa, Assistant Professor of Japanese Studies at the Department of Asian Studies, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to enhancing friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and Slovenia. The Commendations are presented to individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to favorable relations between Japan and other countries.
Ms. Moritoki Škof has been a faculty member at the Department of Asian Studies, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana since 1995, and has been serving as an Assistant Professor since 2016. Over the years, she has been involved in Japanese language education, as well as teaching Japanese culture, society, and history at the University. Additionally, she has been promoting exchanges between young people in Japan and Slovenia and fostering the development of numerous outstanding global human resources, by facilitating the dispatch of students from the University of Ljubljana to Japanese universities and the acceptance of Japanese university students.
Furthermore, she has assumed the role of President of the Slovenian Association for Japanese Language Education in 2016 and has contributed to the promotion of Japanese language education across a broad spectrum of Slovenian society, including by administering the Japanese Language Proficiency Test to provide Japanese learners with an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.
Doc. dr. Moritoki Škof je od leta 1995 dejavna na Univerzi v Ljubljani, od leta 2016 kot docentka, kjer na področju japonologije predava japonski jezik, kulturo, družbo in zgodovino ter druge teme.
