Novoletni sprejem za japonske prebivalce

30. januarja je bil prirejen novoletni sprejem za japonske državljane v Sloveniji. Veleposlanica Yoshida je sprejem odprla z novoletnimi voščili ter poudarila, da dejavnosti japonskih podjetij in prebivalcev v Sloveniji predstavljajo temelj dobrih odnosov med državama. Nato je tudi gospod Saito, predsednik Japan Club-a, lokalnega združenja državljanov Japonske, ki prebivajo v Sloveniji, izrekel pozdravne besede in predlagal zdravico.
Udeleženci so proslavili prihod novega leta, poglobili medsebojna prijateljstva ter uživali v osechi kuhinji, kuhinji tradicionalnih japonskih novoletnih jedi, ki jih je mojstrsko pripravila kuharica veleposlaništva Fujikawa.
On January 30th, the New Year's reception was held for Japanese residents in Slovenia. Ambassador Yoshida began the reception by delivering New Year greetings, emphasizing that the activities of Japanese companies and residents in Slovenia form the foundation of the good relations between the two countries. Following this, Mr. Saito, President of the Japan Club, the local association for Japanese nationals residing in Slovenia, also extended greetings and proposed a toast.
Attendees celebrated the arrival of the new year, deepened their friendships, and enjoyed Osechi cuisine, traditional Japanese New Year's dishes, expertly prepared by Chef Fujikawa at the Embassy.
