Kagami Biraki v Sloveniji, 13. januar 2024

V soboto, 13. januarja 2024, je v dvorani Osnovne šole Koper potekal dogodek Kagami Biraki, ki ga je pripravil Judo klub Koper v sodelovanju z Judo zvezo Slovenije.
Na dan dogodka je potekalo tekmovanje v inkluzivnem judu, prikazi japonskih borilnih veščin, kot so judo, karate in kendo, in predstavitve klubov ter ostalih, povezanih z Japonsko. Veleposlaništvo Japonske je organiziralo izkušnjo oblačenja yukate in delavnico origamija.
Veleposlanica Yoshida je na slovesnosti Kagami Biraki dejala: »Rada bi vam čestitala za začetek nove sezone 2024 in se zahvalila Judo zvezi Slovenije za pomemben prispevek k širjenju juda v Sloveniji in izboljšanju ravni juda že več kot 70 let«.
On Saturday, 13 January 2024, the Kagami Biraki event was held in the sports hall of the Koper Elementary School, which was prepared by the Koper Judo Club in cooperation with the Judo Federation of Slovenia.
The day of the event featured an inclusive judo competition, demonstrations of Japanese martial arts such as judo, karate and kendo, and presentations by clubs and others, associated with Japan. The Embassy of Japan organized a yukata dressing experience and an origami workshop.
At the Kagami Biraki ceremony, Ambassador Yoshida said: "I would like to congratulate you on the start of the new 2024 season and thank the Judo Federation of Slovenia for its important contribution to the spread of judo in Slovenia and the improvement of the level of judo for more than 70 years."
