Projekt 「Papirnati žerjav za mir」 (7. december 2024)

 V soboto, 7. decembra, je veleposlaništvo v Muzeju narodne osvoboditve Maribor organiziralo „Papirnati žerjav za mir“ kot spremljevalni dogodek k razstavi o miru ob atomski bombi imenovani Hirošima in Nagasaki 1945 – takrat in nikoli več. Razstava poteka od 3. decembra 2024 do 28. februarja 2025.
 Ta dan smo predstavili izvor tisoč papirnatih žerjavov, ki so simbol miru na Japonskem, ter način njihove izdelave. Udeležence pa smo povabili, naj žerjave zložijo kot željo za mir. Izdelani žerjavi origami so razstavljeni v Muzeju narodne osvoboditve Maribor, kjer si jih obiskovalci lahko ogledajo.

     On Saturday, December 7, the Embassy organized the “Paper Crane for Peace” at the Museum of National Liberation Maribor as a side event to the exhibition on peace after the atomic bomb called Hiroshima and Nagasaki 1945 – Then and Never Again. The exhibition runs from December 3, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
    On this day, we presented the origin of the thousand paper cranes, which are a symbol of peace in Japan and how to make them. We invited participants to fold the cranes as a wish for peace. The origami cranes, that were created at the workshop are exhibited at the Museum of National Liberation in Maribor, where visitors can see them.
