Projekt 「Papirnati žerjav za mir」 (20. februar 2025)

V četrtek, 20. februarja, je veleposlaništvo v Muzeju narodne osvoboditve Maribor organiziralo „Papirnati žerjav za mir“ kot spremljevalni dogodek k razstavi o miru ob atomski bombi imenovani Hirošima in Nagasaki 1945 – takrat in nikoli več. Razstava poteka do 28. februarja 2025.
Predstavili smo izvor tisoč papirnatih žerjavov, ki so simbol miru na Japonskem, ter način njihove izdelave. Udeležence pa smo povabili, naj žerjave zložijo kot željo za mir.

On Thursday, 20 February, the Embassy organised "Paper Cranes for Peace" at the Museum of National Liberation in Maribor as a side event to the exhibition on the atomic bomb peace called Hiroshima and Nagasaki 1945 - Then and Never Again. The exhibition runs until 28 February 2025.
On this day, we presented the origin of the thousand paper cranes, which are a symbol of peace in Japan and how to make them. We invited participants to fold the cranes as a wish for peace.
