Delavnica japonske kuhinje s kuharico rezidence (4. april 2025)

  V petek, 4. aprila, je na Osnovni šoli Staneta Žagarja Kranj v Kranju potekala delavnica japonske kuhinje, ki jo je pripravila Fujikawa Miyuki, kuharica rezidence japonske veleposlanice.
  Pred delavnico je osebje veleposlaništva pripravilo predstavitev japonske hrane in uporabe palčk.
  Kuharica Fujikawa je na delavnici najprej razložila kako se naredi sushi zvitke (makizushi), nato pa so se učenci pod njenim vodstvom preizkusili v njihovi izdelavi. Učenci so naredili suši zvitke iz sestavin, kot so tuna, tamagojaki in kumare. Bili so videti zadovoljni s svojimi rezultati.
 Upamo, da bo takšen dogodek spodbudil medkulturno izmenjavo in še bolj razširil privlačnost japonske kuhinje.



   On Friday 4 April, a Japanese food workshop was held at Osnovna Šola Staneta Žagarja Kranj (Stanet Žagarja Kranj Primary School) in Kranj by Chef Miyuki Fujikawa, chef at the Japanese ambassador's residence.
   Prior to the workshop, the museum staff gave a presentation on Japanese food and how to use chopsticks.
   During the workshop, Chef Fujikawa explained how to make makizushi, after which the pupils actually tried their hand at making makizushi under Chef Fujikawa's guidance. The students made their own unique makizushi using ingredients such as tuna, tamagoyaki and cucumber, and showed their satisfaction with the results.
  We hope that this kind of event will promote cross-cultural exchange and further widen the appeal of Japanese food.
